Submit a non-winning WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ (game 402) ticket to
be entered into a Play It Again® drawing and to earn Points for Prizes® points. As a limited time
bonus, you will also get one (1) to five (5) entries into the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's
WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™
Second-Chance Promotion. Enter as often as you wish. Each non-winning ticket may only be entered once.
The entry deadline for entry into the Promotion is February 14, 2018. After this deadline, WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ (game 402) tickets may continue to be entered into Play It Again® and Points for Prizes® until the date posted on the website for cessation of the game. Void where prohibited by law.

All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on the
entry deadline. Following the drawing, the winner's information
will be posted on the Drawings & Winners page.
Each Prizewinner will receive:
- Round–trip coach airfare for two (2) people from any airport within the 48 contiguous U.S. states to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas (inclusive of all associated security fees, taxes and surcharges);
- Ground transfers between McCarran International Airport and the destination hotel and between Company hosted events;
- Accommodations of one (1) deluxe hotel room for three (3) nights (double occupancy, room and room tax only);
- One thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money for the Prizewinner to be provided two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled trip departure date.
- Admission to the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ theater/venue for the Prizewinner and guest, and the Prizewinner shall have one (1) chance to participate in the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ together with Prizewinners from other participating lottery jurisdictions, as described below.
**The BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ is administered by MDI Entertainment, LLC and Scientific Games International, Inc. Any questions regarding the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™, including questions regarding the assignment of proxies, prize payments, and tax liability or withholding for cash prizes, should be directed to MDI Entertainment, LLC at 1-800-201-0108. Participation in the BILLION DOLLAR CHALLENGE™ may be subject to other local, state, and federal laws, including the laws of the State of Nevada.
